Macmed Cushion Pommel

Developed and manufactured in Australia, the MacMed Pommel cushion is designed for use in all care settings to assist with hip abduction and the prevention and management of sacral area pressure injuries. The multi-layered cushion is made from a combination of high specification, hospital grade, foams designed to provide effective pressure redistribution and comfort and incorporates a slight backward tilt to combat weight bearing on the pommel. The medical grade cover is resistant to sanitising chemicals and breathable to ensure many years of reliable service from the product in commercial healthcare facilities. Suitable for use on wheel chairs and static furniture.
