The 6 mm thick enamelled steel grill plate provides excellent heat distribution and very good grill quality at high temperatures. The plate is smooth and non-sticky and does not require the addition of fat. Enamelled steel does not oxidize, is scratch-resistant and can be quickly cleaned with a cleaning spatula. Quality control ensures perfect consistency over time. Enamelled steel is the equivalent of enamelled cast iron, but has the advantage of heating faster. QUICK AND HEALTHY GRILLING The plancha grill Simplicity is ignited in a matter of seconds thanks to the double electric piezo. The 2 high quality stainless steel burners can reach a temperature of up to 350°C in a few minutes. The two independent cooking zones of the plancha make it possible to prepare all kinds of food at different temperatures. A removable grillage is positioned on the back of the plancha and allows to keep the food hot for a long time. The plancha is ideal for the preparation of red and white meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, without the addition of fat. CLEANING THE PLANCHA GRILL WITH ENAMELLED STEEL GRILL PLATE The removable drip tray is located on the back of the plancha grill for easy cleaning. The grease drip tray can be removed in two easy steps and is dishwasher safe. On the hot plancha clean with water or white vinegar, on the cold plancha with water and detergent. Barbecue residues on the plancha can be easily removed with the stainless steel cleaning spatula. The plancha is cleaned within 3 minutes and thereby looks like new after each use.
