Description This new Xuechang Sun model 320 5/8 has an exceptionally nice even grain spruce top. The medium density figured maple back plate and ribs exhibit colorful tap tones. The nut, fingerboard, tailpiece, and tailpiece saddle are all ebony. The endpin is an ULSA aluminum tube model. The select maple bridge has ben fit with adjusters. The reddish varnish finish shows golden highlights. The strings are D’Addario Kaplan orchestral strings, for a darkly rich and colorful Arco voice. Dimensions are: Top length 41 1/4″, Upper bout width 19 1/4″, Middle bout with 14 1/4″, Lower bout width 25 1/4″, Rib depth at tail 8 1/4″, Rib depth at upper bout corner 7 1/2″, Rib depth at neck joint 6 1/2″, String length 40 1/4″.
