Ford AU Falcon PATS / SmartShield Reflashing Service

Description Programming service for Smartshield / PATS anti-theft removal on all Ford AU Falcon 104 pin EEC-V ECU’s (1998 – 2002). You send in your ECU, it will be reprogrammed with the anti-theft disabled, and express posted back to you. Get the vehicle running when the BEM (Body Electronics Module) has failed Ideal for standalone applications / engine conversions 6cyl Intech, 6cyl VCT and V8 models – Auto or Manual transmission The ECU is located in the LH kick panel. If it has never been removed before, a security bolt (that has a head that break off by design) needs to be drilled out or cut off to release the bracket. This bolt can be replaced with a regular M6 bolt. When being reprogrammed, the VIN number and current strategy / calibration is not changed. Each ECU is individually read / edited / reflashed, rather than using “ready to go” files that may not be 100% suitable for your vehicle. Once I receive it, it will be programmed and sent back to you via Express Post at no extra cost (usually the next business day). Smartlock / Smartshield This re-flashing service is ideal for AU models from approx. 6/1999 onwards. Earlier models used the Smartlock antitheft system and are compatible with the Smartlock Bypass Module.
