How should I choose the right ones? The HomePower 2000 Ultra features two MPPTs and two pairs of standard PV MC4 connectors. The maximum current per MPPT is 26 A, and the maximum voltage is 60 V. Therefore, we recommend that the solar modules connected to each PV connection meet the following specifications: The open-circuit voltage should be in the range of 17,5-60 V and the current must not exceed 26 A. If the current value is low, it is permissible to connect several solar modules in parallel to one PV connection, but normally not in series. As an example, we will use Jackery's existing solar module models for orientation: Jackery SolarSaga series: These must be connected to the HomePower 2000 Ultra via an adapter. Jackery 200W flexible PV modules: Series connections are not permitted; a maximum of 4 solar modules can be connected in parallel to each PV connection, for a total of 8 modules. The required Y-adapter is included with the solar modules. Third-party solar panels (flexible or rigid) may also be compatible with the HomePower 2000 Ultra, provided they meet the relevant parameters. For more detailed information, please contact the Jackery Support Team. Which smart devices is currently compatible with the HomePower 2000 Ultra? The HomePower 2000 Ultra is currently compatible with the following Shelly models: Shelly Pro EM-50 Shelly Pro 3EM 120A Shelly Plus Plug S Shelly Plug S Gen3 Additionally, Everhome's Ecotracker is expected to be supported in July. Further integrations with smart IoT devices are under development.   HomePower 2000 Ultra - Function & Application Can the HomePower 2000 Ultra supply power or only a single load? In addition to using the off-grid connection to power a single load, HomePower 2000 Ultra can also supply power to multiple household loads via the grid-connected connection and feed excess power into the grid. How does the HomePower 2000 Ultra function during a power outage? In the event of a power outage, the HomePower 2000 Ultra immediately shuts off the power supply via the grid-connected connection to ensure the safety of maintenance workers. However, the photovoltaic input function and the off-grid connection can still be used normally during a power outage. They offer a maximum photovoltaic input of 2000 W and an AC output of 1500 W to maintain the users' quality of life. Where else can the HomePower 2000 Ultra be used besides on the balcony? The HomePower 2000 Ultra is a great solution for both off-grid and mains-connected operation. It's dustproof, waterproof (IP65), and extremely quiet, so you can use it without worry indoors, on balconies, in gardens, basements, RVs, or even in off-grid cabins. It adapts effortlessly to various application scenarios and offers you flexibility wherever you need it. However, please note that you should not place the device in locations exposed to direct, heavy rain. HomePower 2000 Ultra - Integration & Control Which dynamic electricity pricing companies are currently being supported? We currently work with the providers Rabot Charge and Torify. You can view the electricity prices of your respective energy suppliers in real time via the app. Thanks to the integration of Rabot and Torify, the Jackery Home app enables intelligent control of the charging and discharging process. After you enter your desired charging and discharging price, the HomePower 2000 Ultra calculates the electricity price in real time and uses artificial intelligence to optimize charging and discharging times. You benefit from significant savings thanks to the price difference between peak and off-peak hours – all without repeated adjustments. Furthermore, you can charge and discharge the battery several times a day due to varying electricity prices at different times, helping to recoup the device's cost more quickly. Further collaborations with companies offering dynamic electricity pricing are already in the planning stages.   I already have a photovoltaic system with a Shelly Pro 3EM. How can I integrate the Homepower 2000 Ultra to store excess solar energy and optimize its use? If the rooftop photovoltaic system and inverter are already connected, and the system is supplying electricity to the household load when there is sufficient sunshine, but there is still excess energy, you need to connect the Shelly Smart Meter and the HomePower 2000 Ultra. Then activate the AC coupler function in the app to store the excess energy from the household grid in the HomePower 2000 Ultra. The Shelly Smart Meter allows the HomePower 2000 Ultra to detect excess energy in the household network and preferentially store it within the HomePower 2000 Ultra itself. Combined with the device's self-consumption function, it can discharge energy during peak demand periods, thus optimizing energy savings. This feature is expected to be available in July. Stay tuned!   How to establish a connection between Shelly and HomePower 2000 Ultra? You have two options to establish the connection: 1. Via the Shelly app: First configure the Smart IoT device in the Shelly app, then connect the HomePower 2000 Ultra by adding a button via the device interface of the Jackery Home app. 2. Directly via the Jackery Home app: Alternatively, you can connect the Shelly device directly to the HomePower 2000 Ultra in the Jackery Home app.   How many smart plugs are supported by the HomePower 2000 Ultra? Maximum 4 smart plugs.   HomePower 2000 Ultra - Integration & Control HomePower 2000 Ultra - Security & Error Messages What is the triple fire protection system of the HomePower 2000 Ultra? The HomePower 2000 Ultra is equipped with a triple fire protection system to ensure the safety of the device during operation. First fire protection system: temperature sensor. This sensor monitors the temperature of the device's internal components in real time. Second fire protection system: pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve is activated when the internal pressure of the device becomes too high. Third fire protection system: Built-in aerosols. This is a unique fire protection technology of the HomePower 2000 Ultra. When the aerosol system is activated, it sprays coolant and aerosols within one second. The interaction of these different extinguishing mechanisms ensures the safe operation of the energy storage system.   What should I do if the app reports a grounding error? If the app reports a grounding error, please first try replacing the power outlet or click the "Update" button to install the latest software version. If the grounding error persists, it could be because the device is not properly grounded via the power outlet. In this case, please contact customer support and provide the serial number so they can assist you in resolving the issue.
