Description Steiff’s Classic 1909 Teddy Bear has the characteristics of the bear-makers original bears from that year; he has a short, rather pointed muzzle and small, low-set ears. He is made from the finest, soft mohair in golden blond, with paler felt paw pads featuring stitched claws. He is fully jointed and complete with a traditional growler in his tummy.
