The idea behind this product is to be as simple and modular as possible. Oddly enough, those two words are generally not used in conjunction. However, we have pulled off the marriage of simplicity and modularity with these brackets. The base bracket for both sides is almost the same, the passenger side has a small cutout for the antenna. The universal nature of the base brackets means that we can keep the price low and offer a multitude of options for the accessories you want to connect to your cowl brackets. The light brackets are pretty self explanatory. However, what you might not see is that you can add multiple light brackets to each side of your JL/JT. If you don’t need to run a communications antenna, you can run up to four lights on each side of your vehicle. More LED’s are better, right? �� The “no cutout” antenna bracket is intended for those who need to drill their own holes. They’re 1/8″ aluminum, so they drill pretty easily. NOTE: It’s a good rule of thumb to order your antenna first to know exactly which cutout you will need. NOTE: These ship with white-zinc bolts Jeep JL/JT Antenna Bracket for CAB System As you can see there are a few different options when selecting the antenna bracket for CAB System. Blank Cutout: If selecting “blank cutout” then you will be receiving an antenna bracket with just the mounting holes and nothing else. This can be useful when you’re not 100% what size your antenna is so that you can drill it out yourself. 3/8″ Hole: This is a 3/8″ hole laser cut into the center of the round portion of the antenna bracket. 3/4″ Hole: This is a 3/4″ hole laser cut into the center of the round portion of the antenna bracket. 2 Small Holes: The holes are 5mm in diameter and from center to center is about 19mm. If you are planning on purchasing this cutout and you want the holes countersunk so that you can use the bolts provided with your antenna. Let us know in the customer notes in the checkout page which side you are planning on installing the antenna bracket so that we can countersink the correct sides. If nothing is specified we will send it out as is.
