Heavy-duty slides, smooth operation, lifetime backing This drawer runs on lifetime-warranty locking drawer slides rated at 500 lb. Load it with tools, recovery gear, kitchen kits, camera cases, or whatever your rig needs, then lock it in or out so it stays exactly where you put it. Lightweight, corrosion resistant, and built to last The drawer body is built from 5052 aluminum to save weight, resist corrosion, and hold up to years of real use. No swelling, no warping, no “soft” edges, and no moisture issues. It is a durable foundation for an overland drawer stack that you can keep building on. Modularity highlights Designed to stack and expand: Standardized hole pattern makes it easy to add drawers, sliders, and accessories over time. Two removable dividers included: Quickly organize tools, straps, parts, or recovery gear (and reconfigure later). Lock-in / lock-out operation: Keeps the drawer secure on steep climbs, off-camber trails, or daily driving. Mounting everywhere: Built for real add-ons like slides, cargo boxes, and accessory panels. Universal applicaions: The attachment pattern on the bottom mounting flanges of the drawers is a 7mm (~0.28″) hole every 1″. This ensures a large amount of flexibility for mounting needs. If you want to attach this drawer to one of our normal MASS Platforms (not MASS ) you will need to use the HD MASS Connectors to do that as well. These are universal drawers and are often installed into non-standard applications, so the connectors are not included with the product. HD MASS Connectors are sold separately. Important Powder Coating Note Powder coating is a manual process done by humans and may take some time. When you purchase powder coated products from AAL, we coat them for your order. Occasionally, that means delays with non-standard colors, resprays for less-than-perfect conditions, etc. We have a very high standard with powder coated products.
