Sub Floor Kit Includes 1x VKM 125mm Inline fan Fan comes with lead and plug. If purchasing additional speed controller, the fan will need to be disconnected from the lead & plug and hard wired 2x 6m of 125mm duct 3x Vents 1x T Junction 125X125X125 1x 24hour Timer (The timer is plugged into a standard power point) 1x Flex & Plug (The fan is then plugged into the timer) 1x Roll on hanging tape (allows ducting to hang from joists) 1x Roll of duct tape (allows secure connection of the system) Some buildings have very little subfloor ventilation. Inadequate underfloor ventilation can lead to an accumulation of moisture in the sub floor. This in turn can cause structural and health problems for the home and it’s occupants. The most common reason for inadequate under floor ventilation is that there not enough vents, or they are too small for the size and layout of building. Building extensions, building location and soil type can all contribute to problems in the subfloor.
