Description Billy is a 4″ viscose, fully jointed Teddy bear. The kit contains the supplies to make the bear. You will need your own sewing supplies, pins, thread poly filler etc.If you want to add weight, you will need to purchase glass beads or steel shot. the original bear, pictures, was made from Japanese silk, this fabric is no longer available and the new kit contains an imported viscose from Germany Designed by Lynette Kennedy
